Lavanaa Villas is a multi purpose estate designed to balance family living, wellness, hospitality, and personal passion within one connected environment. As architects, we approached the project by carefully dividing the estate into four distinct zones while maintaining a cohesive spatial experience throughout the site.

The development includes two commercial villas intended for future family use, a private residence with wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, and sauna, and a dedicated man cave that accommodates a motorcycle workshop and an extensive vehicle collection. Each area is given its own entrance for privacy and flexibility, while a central gate system maintains seamless control across the estate.

Dynamic rooflines and contrasting architectural forms help define the atmosphere of each zone, separating spaces for rest from areas designed for activity and exploration. Inside the main residence, open living, dining, and kitchen spaces encourage interaction and togetherness, enhanced by high ceilings and natural airflow.

The Mawi is a villa complex in Lombok designed to grow naturally from its tropical surroundings. Featuring two villa types — Mawi Mentari and Mawi Akyli — the development emphasizes natural light, cross ventilation, and seamless integration with the landscape.

Suniva Suites and Villa is a hospitality project designed as an architectural response to the relationship between nature, culture, and daily living. Situated on 2,500 sqm in Tibubeneng, Bali, the complex combines suites, villas, and pool villas.

Casa Juno is a two story commercial villa designed to bring people closer to nature while offering a refined yet relaxed living experience in Bali. Set against a backdrop of rice fields and a quiet river, we approached this project as an opportunity to frame the landscape as the main feature. Every space is oriented to capture open views, allowing bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas to feel calm, connected, and naturally immersive.

The upper level is designed as a place to unwind and gather, with a master bedroom and a generous rooftop terrace overlooking the horizon. A jacuzzi becomes a focal point for enjoying sunset moments above the fields.

We carefully shaped the layout to encourage cross ventilation, letting fresh air move freely throughout the villa. Local materials such as Paras Kerobokan stone, Bengkirai wood, Ulin wood, and Green Sukabumi stone bring warmth, texture, and a sense of authenticity while supporting sustainable building practices.

Djelantik House is a villa complex in Dewi Sri, Bali, consisting of four residences designed for modern business owners who value both mobility and family life. As architects, we translated the owner’s experience of feeling disconnected from temporary stays into a home that feels grounded, comfortable, and personal.

Set on a 1,580 square meter site, each three story villa is planned with a clear and purposeful layout. The ground floor becomes a communal area with a pool, jacuzzi, plunge pool, and open living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The upper levels provide private bedrooms, including a master suite designed for rest and privacy.

The design follows a modern urban tropical approach, combining clean forms with natural airflow and open spaces to create a relaxed atmosphere. A dynamic curved facade and lush vegetation introduce a coastal character, bringing a sense of arrival and identity.

This villa is a commercial villa that is planned to be sold off-plan. Located in Padonan – Badung. Following the main concept: Compact, our team designed this villa with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living area, pool, and storage room. The living room layout design blends with the pool applied with clear glass that blends with the sunken living. The circulation of space and lighting in each bedroom is maximized, with all rooms having direct views of the pool.

The dominance of wood material, Kerobokan stone paras, and fossil stone is used to get earth tone shades in each room. Visually, this villa is designed with many attractive corners that are still functional, like the circular shelf on the living area wall, and a window frame is used as a table for stools facing the pool.

This villa is designed in a Modern Tropical style with three bedrooms, a pool, and an open space living-dining-kitchen area. The main idea of this villa design is to create a homey tropical villa so that the designation can be for a holiday villa or a residential house.
In layout, this villa design maximizes green open space in each room and cross-ventilation to allow air to flow continuously from inside and outside the room, thus creating a cool room.
Because this villa is a commercial one to sell, we added several distinctive designs to increase the selling price, such as a sunken sofa in the pool area and a secondary screen on the facade.
