10 Villas Complex in Pererenan

This Tropical Villa design in Bali collaborates between Lumbung Architect and Divlovart Development Bali. This Villa Complex plan includes 19 villas, 10 of which are designed by Lumbung Architect.
This tropical Villa is designed with many openings for circulation to highlight the view of the green belt area around the Villa. The design of this Villa is dominated by a combination of Bengkirai wood elements with a natural finish, natural Kelating Stone, and Fossil Stone.
There are two types of villas that we design. The first type is a building area of 230 sqm on an area of 300 sqm, and the second type with a building area of 300 sqm on an area of 500 sqm.
