HP House is a modern tropical residence designed to express elegance through form, material, and everyday living. As architects, we explored how a home can feel refined yet comfortable, creating a space that supports both family life and personal interests.

The two story massing is carefully composed to create depth and presence, while a patterned secondary skin filters sunlight and adds privacy for the children’s area. Throughout the day, light creates soft shadows that bring the facade to life.

A U shaped layout places the pool at the center, allowing all main spaces to face and connect with it. Large openings and a double height void encourage natural airflow and enhance the sense of openness.

Inside, marble flooring and dark wood ceilings create a balanced atmosphere that feels warm and elevated. The design also accommodates a children’s playground and a private movie space, shaping a home that feels both personal and complete.

Located in the heart of Denpasar, this tropical luxury home is designed as a warm and supportive environment for family life. As architects, we approached the project with a clear intention to create a house that feels both refined and nurturing, where daily living supports the growth and well being of its occupants.

The design combines high quality natural materials with soft lighting and subtle gold accents, creating an atmosphere that feels elegant yet comfortable. Natural textures and warm tones shape a space that is calm and inviting throughout the day.

More importantly, the home is planned around the needs of the children. Open areas encourage play and movement, while dedicated study spaces support focus and learning. Every corner is designed to feel safe, flexible, and connected.

This house becomes more than a residence. It is a place where children can grow, explore, and feel at ease within a thoughtfully designed tropical setting.

Jade House is a private residence designed for a French family living in Indonesia, shaped by memories, daily rituals, and a sense of belonging across cultures. As architects, we approached this home as a space that could quietly hold emotion rather than express it through literal forms. The design reflects childhood nostalgia, where the house becomes a place for play, connection, and shared moments.

At the center, the living area is imagined as an interactive space, where a slide connects levels and transforms movement into experience. This openness continues toward the backyard, where a pool and a petanque court create a setting for both relaxation and family bonding while subtly referencing their French roots.

The house follows the natural slope of the site, allowing each level to sit comfortably within the landscape. Light finishes and carefully selected materials respond to the tropical climate, creating a calm and enduring atmosphere that feels personal, warm, and deeply lived in.

DKK House is an off plan residential project designed as a compact yet comfortable home, successfully sold within three months. As architects, we focused on creating a living environment that feels open, warm, and efficient within a 220 square meter building size. The design reflects a contemporary approach, where clean geometries and balanced proportions shape a calm and modern architectural expression.

The facade is defined by simple box forms that create a clear and timeless identity. Inside, the spaces are designed to feel inviting and easy to live in. Warm tones and soft natural light help build a sense of comfort, encouraging everyday moments with family.

Large openings are carefully positioned to maximize daylight and natural airflow, allowing the house to stay bright and connected to its surroundings. DKK House shows how thoughtful design can transform a compact space into a home that feels generous, relaxed, and complete.

Krea House is a private villa in Sanur, Bali, designed as an off plan project that explores how thoughtful planning can transform a compact site into a comfortable home. Built on 150 square meters of land, we applied a purposeful layout strategy to fit three bedrooms within a two story villa without feeling crowded. The ground floor is arranged as an open communal space with a pool, living, dining, and kitchen area, while the upper floor is dedicated to private rooms.

The facade features Ulin sirap, typically used for roofing, reinterpreted here to create a natural and refined appearance that ages beautifully over time. Technology also plays a role through a smart home system that controls lighting, access, and daily functions.

To respond to Sanur’s warm climate, we introduced a terracotta cooling system that naturally lowers temperature through evaporative cooling, allowing fresh air to flow into the main living spaces and enhance comfort throughout the house.

The Rose Mansion is a large private property designed with multiple buildings, each with a specific purpose. The owner has organized the space thoughtfully, so every area serves a unique function, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment. The mansion features a private gym, a pool, and a garden. This garden reflects the owner’s love for nature, adding to the serene atmosphere of the entire property.

A recent addition to the property is the Petal Room, a new 100-square-meter one-bedroom building created as a private retreat for the owner’s parents. The design of the Petal Room prioritizes both comfort and safety. Positioned within the estate, the building has views of the private grounds, allowing the elderly residents to enjoy the scenery in a secure and familiar setting.

The architectural style of the Petal Room follows a tropical modern theme. This design choice uses natural light to its advantage with large openings that brighten the space. To enhance the tropical atmosphere, materials like stone and wood are used throughout, giving the building a warm, inviting look. A wide roof extends over the terrace, creating a floating appearance and offering shade to the outdoor area. This spacious terrace provides a relaxing spot where the parents can unwind and enjoy views of the lush garden, blending indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.

To ensure that the Petal Room complements the rest of the Rose Mansion, subtle pink tones are added to the design, reflecting the mansion’s existing color scheme. Stone paths, known as stepping stones, connect the Petal Room to the other structures on the property, making it easy to move between buildings and keeping the entire estate well-connected.

The thoughtful design of Rose Mansion, from its private gym to its beautiful garden, creates a peaceful environment that reflects the owner’s passion. The new Petal Room enhances this space by providing a safe, beautiful retreat for elderly family members, blending comfort, style, and natural beauty into a single harmonious design.
