Casa Serena

Casa Serena is a contemporary tropical residence in Bekasi, Indonesia, designed as a private retreat for everyday family living. Set on a 466 sqm site with a total building area of 409.3 sqm, the project was inspired by the client’s desire to recreate the atmosphere of a Bali resort while maintaining the comfort, privacy, and functionality of a family home.

Our design approach centers around a lush inner courtyard that acts as the heart of the residence, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural light, cross ventilation, water elements, and tropical landscaping are carefully integrated to create a calm and immersive living experience throughout the home.

Drawing from contemporary organic architecture, the residence features soft curved forms, natural materials, and locally crafted details that reflect Indonesia’s tropical identity. The result is a luxury tropical home that balances architecture, nature, and daily living, offering a sanctuary-like environment within the urban context of Bekasi.
