Located in the heart of Ubud, Bali, Hit by Heat wellness resort is an example of modern tropical contemporary design. With a land size of 8,178 square meters, this resort harmoniously blends luxury, nature, and local culture to create a unique retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. The resort features four VIP villas, two 2-bedroom villas, and a sauna, all designed to maximize the breathtaking 180-degree views of the surrounding scenery.

What makes the layout of Hit by Heat truly special is its adaptation to the site’s steep contours. Instead of flattening the land, the design embraces the natural slopes, creating a cascading effect where each villa is positioned at different levels. For example, the VIP villas are located at the base (0.00 level), while the roofs of the 2-bedroom villas start at the same level as the VIP villas, allowing guests to enjoy unobstructed panoramic views. This thoughtful arrangement ensures that every villa feels private and connected to nature while also making the most of the stunning views.

The resort’s design incorporates locally sourced materials, particularly natural stone from the surrounding area. Ubud is known for its rich supply of batu sumampan, a type of local stone, which is used extensively in the construction. This not only reduces the environmental impact but also connects the resort to its cultural and geographical roots. By integrating local materials, Hit by Heat reflects the essence of Ubud’s natural beauty and craftsmanship.

In summary, Hit by Heat is more than just a wellness resort—it’s a place where Ubud’s natural beauty and cultural richness meet. Its innovative layout, stunning views, and use of local materials make it a standout project that showcases how design can work in harmony with nature. Whether you’re relaxing in a VIP villa or enjoying the sauna, every corner of this resort invites you to unwind and connect with the beauty of Bali.
