ARK Villa

ARK Villa is a luxury tropical villa designed on a 1,500 sqm site in Tibubeneng, Bali, with a total building area of 1,162 sqm. The design is inspired by the Balinese philosophy of kain poleng, a symbol of balance and coexistence between contrasting qualities. This concept guided our approach to creating a seamless transition between clean modern architecture and a darker, more textured tropical expression.

The site’s natural four-meter contour drop became a key design opportunity. Rather than altering the landscape, we allowed the architecture to follow the terrain, creating a layered spatial experience that gradually shifts from open and social areas to more intimate and private spaces. The villa includes six bedrooms, an infinity bridge pool, teppanyaki pavilion, padel court, spa, gym, and a hidden cave bar connected through a secret tunnel.

Positioned to capture views toward Mount Batukaru, ARK Villa offers a distinctive luxury villa experience where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle are carefully integrated into one cohesive design.
