CASA de ELITE
CASA de ELITE is a contemporary tropical wellness and lifestyle destination located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Designed on a 13,769 sqm site, the project brings together sports, wellness, and social functions within a cohesive architectural experience.
Our design approach focused on creating a vibrant yet comfortable environment that responds to the client’s vision of tropical living through abundant greenery, natural wood materials, and open, breathable spaces. The spatial planning encourages interaction between different activities, allowing visitors to move seamlessly between the padel and tennis courts, communal areas, restaurant, and coffee shop.
Supporting facilities such as physio spaces, pilates studios, offices, and meeting rooms are positioned on the upper level to maximize functionality while maintaining clear circulation throughout the development.
Architecturally, the building was conceived to express a sense of grandeur that reflects its role as a premium destination. Through bold massing, tropical design principles, and strong visual presence, CASA de ELITE establishes a distinctive identity for active communities seeking wellness, recreation, and connection in one integrated environment.
