Nocturne Villa

Nocturne Villa is a modern tropical super villa in Pattaya, Thailand, designed to accommodate large group stays while delivering a highly curated entertainment experience. Set on a 1,580 sqm site with a built area of 1,095.45 sqm, the villa features 10 bedrooms alongside a series of communal spaces designed to support different social dynamics throughout the day and night.

Our design approach focused on integrating steampunk-inspired elements within a contemporary tropical architectural framework. Bold cantilever forms define the facade, while dark material palettes and industrial accents introduce a distinctive character without compromising spatial clarity.

The planning strategy was guided by contextual design, responding to how guests naturally interact within a large hospitality environment. Entertainment, gathering, and private functions are carefully organized to create a balanced experience, allowing multiple activities to coexist without conflict. Through thoughtful zoning, strong architectural expression, and integrated landscape elements, Nocturne Villa becomes more than a place to stay. It becomes a destination designed around shared experiences, privacy, and memorable moments.
