The Plantation Resort

This Tropical Resort design collaboration with Studio JAJ is located on Anyer beach, Banten. The main attraction of this villa is that visitors can enjoy direct views of the sunset in the afternoon from the swimming pool.\r\nWith the natural landscape on the coast of Anyer, this resort area has several separate villa buildings and several supporting facilities to provide comfort to guests. We designed this resort area with four units of Villa with Pool and eight units of Loft. Each Villa and Loft consists of 2 floors and has two bedrooms. The layout of the Villa and Loft area is designed in such a way by utilizing landscape placement to maintain privacy between units.\r\nDue to location considerations, our team focused on two main aspects to make this Resort more characterful. The first is to highlight views on the site, including the laying of the pool layout with a green view of the rice fields and sunset in the afternoon and a direct view of the beautiful Perhutani forest behind the Villa Unit. The second is using local materials like coral on the facade and thatch on the roof of the building.
