Villa Saen

Villa Saen is a luxury tropical villa retreat located in Bang Sare, Pattaya, Thailand, designed as a destination for couples seeking privacy, relaxation, and a deeper connection with nature. As architects, we envisioned the project as a collection of intimate bungalows arranged around a continuous water feature that unifies the entire development.

Rather than disguising repetition, we embraced it as part of the architectural language. Through curved forms, layered circulation, and carefully framed views, each villa offers a unique spatial experience while maintaining a cohesive identity across the site.

A long reflecting pool serves as the heart of the project, connecting private accommodations, shared pavilions, and landscaped gardens. The design encourages a slower pace of movement and creates a seamless relationship between architecture and the tropical environment.

Natural materials, including alang alang roofing, timber, natural stone, and textured finishes, were selected to enhance warmth and authenticity. Villa Saen reflects our approach to hospitality architecture by creating timeless tropical spaces that prioritize comfort, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place.
