Excel House is solid evidence that you may have a balance between hobbies, pets, health, and daily necessities when your home can accommodate it all.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLocated on 250 sqm of land, we had a pleasant time exploring all of the owner’s needs. From a place to get private spa sessions, work from home, play with their dog, host a party with the closest ones, until the most important of all is a place for them to call home.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTo accommodate it all, we started by dividing each level of this 3-story house into its own designated purpose. This way, the owner has the power to enjoy their time in solitude without their privacy being disrupted.
