Lavanaa Villas is a multi purpose estate designed to balance family living, wellness, hospitality, and personal passion within one connected environment. As architects, we approached the project by carefully dividing the estate into four distinct zones while maintaining a cohesive spatial experience throughout the site.

The development includes two commercial villas intended for future family use, a private residence with wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, and sauna, and a dedicated man cave that accommodates a motorcycle workshop and an extensive vehicle collection. Each area is given its own entrance for privacy and flexibility, while a central gate system maintains seamless control across the estate.

Dynamic rooflines and contrasting architectural forms help define the atmosphere of each zone, separating spaces for rest from areas designed for activity and exploration. Inside the main residence, open living, dining, and kitchen spaces encourage interaction and togetherness, enhanced by high ceilings and natural airflow.

Accomodating the sharp sloping ground, this villa is designed with the entrance and rooms on the same level as the road, and the living area and pool area on the lower ground. The shape of this building also maximizes the view so that in the morning, residents can enjoy the sunrise and view of the rice fields from the bedroom.

Semesta Complex Villa consists of 17 units that are being divided into three types of villas. Designed with the comfort of its visitors in mind, each room has a greenery open concept and cross-ventilation to allow air to flow continuously from inside and outside the room.

Because this villa is a commercial one to sell, we added several distinctive designs to increase the selling price, such as a sunken sofa in the pool area and a secondary screen on the facade.

Being dominated by a squared shape in the facade area made this villa a boxy type of modern —  suitable for its reputable neighborhood and the client himself. Moreover, it is divided into several textures and wood patterns, resulting in giving the facade a playful look yet still giving a balance between privacy and openness of the villa.
