Umber Villa

Umber Villa is a contemporary tropical commercial villa located in Ungasan, Bali, designed to maximize both guest experience and property value on a compact 200 sqm site. Developed with a strong understanding of hospitality architecture and market positioning, the project demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate the perceived value of a property without relying on excessive luxury.

Inspired by the atmosphere of Bali’s tropical coastline, the architectural language combines clean linear forms, exposed natural stone, and warm wooden elements to create a grounded and timeless character. As the spatial journey unfolds, soft curved forms emerge across the rear facade, drawing inspiration from the gentle movement of ocean waves and introducing a more fluid, relaxing experience.

Every design decision was carefully considered to enhance openness, natural light, and spatial flow, allowing the villa to feel larger than its physical footprint. Through the integration of tropical architecture, emotional spatial experiences, and commercial viability, Umber Villa reflects our belief that great design should not only look beautiful but also perform as a valuable business asset.
