Premier Apartments is a premium duplex residence in Bali, designed to offer a comfortable and refined living experience connected to nature. As architects, we focused on creating a space that feels both personal and functional, where modern design meets the relaxed rhythm of the island. Each unit is planned as a 50 square meter mezzanine apartment, carefully arranged to maximize space, light, and views.

The lower level brings together living, dining, and kitchen areas in one open setting, supporting both daily activities and social gatherings. A flexible lounge area adds comfort and adaptability. Upstairs, the bedroom is designed as a private retreat with a clear view and a calm atmosphere.

Material selection and interior details are chosen to enhance both quality and durability, while maintaining a warm and elegant feel. Every apartment is oriented to capture panoramic views, creating a seamless relationship between indoor living and the surrounding landscape of Bali.

The Rover is a modern apartment complex in Kerobokan, Bali, designed as a comfortable living space for young professionals and digital nomads. As architects, we envisioned a place that feels practical, warm, and connected to the island lifestyle. With 24 units in total, the design offers two room types, studio and mezzanine, each tailored to different ways of living.

The studio units provide a compact yet complete experience with essential amenities arranged efficiently. The mezzanine units introduce vertical living, separating social and private areas to create a more spacious and flexible environment. Beyond the units, shared facilities such as a communal kitchen, pool, gym, and basement parking support daily routines and interaction.

Red brick becomes the defining material, chosen for its durability, local availability, and warm character. It helps create a calm and grounded atmosphere throughout the building.
