Just like its name Quadrada, which means square-shaped rectangular, the facade is designed to be boxy, minimal, and calm. The integrity of the creamy light-color wall finish and a touch of terracotta block accent create a timeless atmosphere, especially with the whole shapes of the building.

The concept of minimalism is also being integrated into the interior and finishing material. A decorative wall paint like stucco is applied to get a dynamic accent to the house, especially in large areas with minimum decoration. Being subtle at its best.
