MC House

A modern tropical style house with a building area of 230m2 has many unique features, including placing a double facade in the study room facade area to block the entry of excessive sunlight.
This house is designed by maximizing cross-ventilation in each room. The stairs at the front are intended to provide direct access for guests to the 1st floor.
At the front, there is a sloping garden, maximizing the narrow land in front of the fence for greening.
