Brisa Tropica Villa

This villa is designed by maximizing open space with a sloping building layout, so each side has a green space view. It consists of 4 bedrooms with a total building area of 341m2 on 500m2 land.
Designed with modern Tropical style, we use cross-ventilation, lots of openings, and glass to maximize natural light. We use plants and coral to brighten up the under-stair area.
To emphasize the tropical vibes, the finishing material of this villa is dominated by the use of wood and concrete casting.
