For commercial use, La Playa Twin Villa has an efficient layout for short- and long-term leases. This villa was designed with an L-shaped layout to maximize its coveted Bali’s sunset scenery — and accommodated with three bedrooms, a kitchen, cosy sunken living & a pool area.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAdding a special insight, the owner wishes to infuse “Bali’s beachy vibe†into the design process. Eventually, the placement of different materials like concrete wash & sand-wash on both the inside and outside of this villa made the beachy vibes into reality. To add to La Playa Twin Villa’s value, a secondary skin is being applied on the side of the villa to keep privacy between the two tenants. What a great place to spend your days with your loved ones.
