Villa

Nestled in the serene location of Padang Linjong, this commercial villa is a perfect blend of modern design and traditional Japanese aesthetics. With a land size of 200 sqm and a building size of 330 sqm, this villa offers a spacious and comfortable living experience. Designed with the Japandi style—a mix of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality—the villa reflects a harmonious balance between simplicity and nature.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOne of the unique features of this villa is its thoughtful layout. The ground floor is dedicated to public areas, creating a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are strategically placed to face the stunning view of the pool and the surrounding paddy rice fields. A sunken seating area near the pool adds a cozy touch, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the tropical breeze.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nMoving to the second floor, the design shifts to accommodate private activities. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each offering a peaceful retreat with views of the picturesque landscape. This separation of public and private areas ensures both convenience and privacy for the residents.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe exterior of the villa is a true standout. At first glance, you might wonder if the client is from Japan, as the design strongly reflects traditional Japanese architecture. The facade features a combination of wooden materials and dark stone textures, creating a warm and inviting look. Wooden-framed doors and windows further enhance the Japandi concept, blending seamlessly with the tropical surroundings.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTo bring the design to life, the villa uses natural materials like andesite stone and wood. The andesite stone adds a touch of the \”Lumbung Style,\” a traditional Indonesian architectural concept, while the wooden elements keep the design light and airy. This combination ensures the villa remains rooted in its tropical environment while staying true to the Japandi aesthetic.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe client’s request was clear: create a space that embodies the Japandi concept while embracing the tropical vibe. The result is a villa that feels both modern and timeless, with wide openings that invite natural light and fresh air.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis villa is a true representation of Japanese-inspired design, perfectly adapted to its tropical setting. It’s not just a house—it’s a serene retreat that celebrates nature, simplicity, and elegance.
